9/7/09 - HARPSWELL, Maine -- Dolphin Marina Waitress Kristy Brown serves a family an order of Quesadillas at the Restaurant on Monday at lunch time. New co-owners, Chris and Billy Saxton plan on making changes to the family-run property in the coming months.
